We needed a place for one night, everything was beautiful. There were an adjoining terrace and a couch in the room, liked that.

The rooms are brand-new and spotless plus have essentials you need. The hotel is set in an excellent and unbeatable location really close to airport and downtown and the flight path and restaurant options.

We recently stayed at Hyatt Residence Club for a week-long vacation. The staff was incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable about the hotel. The grounds were immaculate, making for great photo opportunities. The location was perfect, as it was centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit. The free WiFi and variety of cable stations were a great bonus. Plus, being able to use our Firesticks for extra entertainment in our rooms was a nice touch. The room itself was clean and beautifully decorated, with a fun surprise of a telescope for stargazing.

The hotel of choice in Key West. Awesome food, great service and spectacular view of the ocean. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe in the room and the comfortable bed. Large multiple bathroom. Stunning and comfy location, near by virtually everything.

Its location within walking distance of Monroe County Parks & Beaches was peaceful and superior. The staff members were all top-class and professional.

As young families, we loved the fantastic amenities and activities provided at the resort - from the beautiful pool and ocean view to the well-maintained grounds and fun games like pool, chess, and volleyball. The fully equipped kitchen in our unit was a huge plus, and the daily maid service made our stay even more enjoyable.
